Dear Supporters, N.O.R.E. was recently approached by a local advocacy group to help combat the negative effects of local gas drilling. We, as a local group facing these issues in our hometowns, would like to help as best we can. We will not take a political stand, but will fight for safe drilling practices. Waste water contaminating our waters will not be tolerated! Despite the negative press, or your personal opinions, there is at least SOME truth to the local "Gasland" movie. Please view this movie, if you haven't yet, and then form your opinion. What is the sense of fighting the oil in the Gulf if we sit back and allow it to contaminate our local streams, wells and farm lands?
