N.O.R.E.'s Shining Stars ![]() N.O.R.E. Stars are youth, 18 or younger, that exemplify N.O.R.E.'s mission statement. Each week, stars will be picked in public by our staff and awarded with their picture printed in their newspaper (pending room). Stars must be donating, with a smile and a heart. We hope that all youth can learn something from this disaster. N.O.R.E. stars will serve as youth role models proving that you CAN make a difference. Find YOUR way to make a difference and you could be our next star!
